If you’re the Press/Bindery Operator we’re looking for… You are:

Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and conscientious.

You have high standards and are described as being courteous, mature and a relaxed team player.

You will be responsible for 6 major roles at our locally owned and operated Minuteman Press printing & promotions firm:

* Operation of small offset presses
* Platemaking and platesetting
* Repair and maintenance
* Bindery & finishing
* Assistance with inventory control
* Maintaining organized production

You will work cooperatively with our pre-press department so you need to be trustworthy, punctual, well-presented and LOVE smiling.

You are available to work full-time and are keen to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve well-above-average results.

You’ll apply the skills you already have in the following areas:
* Mixing & registering multi-colour
* Monitoring quality & consistency, with an eye for detail
* Strong knowledge of paper/paper handling
* Time-management, able to meet deadlines
* Ability to work effectively individually as well as in a team
* Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Ours is an active, fast-paced production environment. Much is expected of every member of our team and we have fun working together to achieve our production goals.
